Kansas Behavioral Health

Our Services

We offer a variety of therapeutic services to support your individual, family and marital needs.

APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS (ABA):

Direct ABA services are available for young children diagnosed with autism. This service uses behavior analytic approaches to teach a wide variety of communication, social, self-care and cognitive skills to children with developmental issues. Services are generally provided one-on-one in the home and community environment. All services are provided by a registered behavior technician under the direct supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. Space for these services is limited so please contact us regarding availability.

PSYCHOTHERAPY

Psychotherapy is designed to help individuals with emotional and behavioral health concerns reduce or eliminate troubling symptoms. Therapy helps the person to function better, increases well-being and provides emotional healing. Our therapists treat a wide variety of problems such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and anger problems in children, teens, and adults. We offer individual and family therapy treatment options.

PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING

Comprehensive psychological evaluations are often recommended for individuals with mental and behavioral health problems. Standardized assessment of intelligence, personality, achievement, development, and neuropsychological status can be used to help measure symptoms, identify problem areas, make accurate diagnoses and select appropriate treatment. Our clinicians offer comprehensive evaluations to help diagnose autism, dyslexia, learning disabilities, ADHD, mood and personality problems, and cognitive decline related to aging, dementia, or brain injury. Other specialized evaluations, such as functional behavioral assessments, forensic, and parenting evaluations are available upon request.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

Medication is commonly used to treat mental health conditions. For most people, it is a very successful treatment, especially when combined with psychotherapy. Our board-certified clinicians offer medication management services for children, teens, and adults with emotional and behavioral health concerns.
